New GCSECA Office

GCSECA is currently housed at 120 N. 44 ST, STE 100, Phoenix, AZ 85034.

Sometime in early 2012, GCSECA will be moving to its new office located at 2210 S Priest Drive, Tempe, AZ 85282.

The building is currently a shell building and requires remodeling.

February 13, 2012

The bids have been reviewed. C3 was selected. The construction/remodel plans call for completion by April 20. 

January 18, 2012

The remodel plans are finalized and four firms have been asked to submit bids. The opening will be held January 31. With notice to proceed with the start of construction expected on February 6 and a pre construction conference planned for February 10. Plans call for a ten week construction period.

December 15, 2011

The exterior modification plans have been submitted to the City of Tempe for review. The interior plans are being finalized. They should be ready for review by potential construction firms for bid submission soon.
